"Arrived early to see about an early check in. The receptionist, barely spoke above a whisper, couldn't hear her. Asked for my ID, then proceeded to ask me if I paid by a one time use card (not sure what that means), Gave her my credit card. Ran the credit card. Then asked what type of room I booked (after it was already confirmed etc). I was then told that they didn't have my room, it was booked. I told her to refund me and I would find another Hotel. She then told me that she didn't know...

"Everything was fantastic from walk in to check out."

"We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Heard noise for a brief period from other occupants running on the above my floor one of the days, which staff could have no control. Lot of parking."

"overall not bad but the bathroom pocket door was horribly scratched -- the floor molding was scratched by the vacuuming and the sofa was old ----- look like some things were updated and were fine and others just let go a bit too long"

"The hotel was garbage, but the young man Adam at the front desk was wonderful. He was trying to do his best to help us out. The room was mediocre. There was no air conditioning. There was no plug in the bathtub for the kids to have a bath. There are no toothbrushes at the front desk. Ice machine was broken. The voice was a piece of garbage."

"It was surprisingly spacious, chic, comfortable, and clean. Would absolutely stay there again. Plus, they welcomed my dog and the pet fee was only $10.00. No breakfast that I was aware of, because there was a full kitchen, with an air fryer and everything, so I believe they expected you to make your own : ). I also appreciated the terrific water pressure and sleek bathroom."

"The room and bathroom were in need of repair. The shower had ants crawling on the tile. The shower tile was dirty."

"Hotel overall is in a really bad shape. Elevators feel unsafe, smell of Marijuana is wicked strong on the hallways (Even tho, we were staying on the NON-SMOKING zone) visible areas are falling in pieces... "
