Kitchenette is fully equipped with a dish washer, toaster oven, mini-fridge, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, crockpot, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, mugs, glasses, etc. Custom sky lights and radiant floor heating throughout. Full size bed is comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Free high-speed WiFi, smart Roku HDTV, free street parking, furnished backyard and keyless access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Please Note: Unit shares a wall with main home and recently installed a new wall barrier that will shield the sound, thus you are not likely to hear anyone in the main house in the event it is occupied during your stay.
