"Great stay at The Spring again and happy its open! The old school pool is great with a real deep end, the rooms are cute, kitschy and comfortable and the proximity to our fave bfast spot and good hikes is great. The outdoor space is good for hanging out to read, socialize or watch the birds. We dig it here and qlcome the character of the place!! "

"This hotel has a lot more character than chain places on the highway, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were large and well-decorated, and the restaurant on the ground floor was top-notch."

"We arrived after 7 pm and it turned out had reserved the room for Wednesday night instead of Monday night. A person associated with the restaurant which was closed on Monday, helped us. He called in to the staff and checked us into a room. Everything went so smoothly and it could have been last minute looking for a different motel. "

"When first approaching the property my initial thought was “ oh boy, I paid a lot for this!” The outside appeared small and old but everything else about it was great. "The hotel was 4-weeks old - so the room had that "new" smell. We were there for an evening stopover driving into Boston from Toronto with kids. Thus, having a working indoor pool was important. Parking was amply available and the free breakfast was a god-send since it helped us save a few bucks with the terrible exchange rate us Canadians have to contend with! "The grounds at the Maple Terrace Inn are LOVELY. Multiple seating areas surrounded by cottage gardens, a fire pit, and pool. The owners have turned a motor lodge into a little oasis."
