"I paid extra for a room to accommodate 3 people, so there were 2 beds, there was a sofa that had no sheets not made up and stains. They knew from the call that I was staying with my mother not a partner. She needed a bed to herself for a good nights sleep before we were up at 5am to go next door to the hospital for her surgery. I slept uncomfortably on the couch because there was no bedding sheets or blankets. Very disappointed"

"I like the friendly staff who helped when needed. The suite was well appointed and it was wonderful having a washing machine & dryer. The only thing I could fault with was the number of toiletries & tea & coffee satchets provided. We had a 3 day stay & there was only enough for one so I had to ask for more. They were happy to supply more."

"Excellent place to stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. One of the best features was the underground parking, which made everything so convenient and secure. Having a washer and dryer available was also amazing, especially for a longer stay. Everything was well maintained, clean, and exactly what I needed. "The staff are friendly and helpful. They have 4 hour free visitors parking. Drop off is in building carpark. B1 is the best if you have a lot of luggage as the lifts are on that level. Other levels require going up some stairs. Be aware that room service on weekends stops at 3pm so be prepared. Didn't get to use the washing machine or dryer but both were in the apartment. Pricing was good in comparison to other hotels in the city that didn't have as many facilities"

"We had a great stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the room was clean and had everything that we needed. The big plus was that we had washing facilities which meant that after several weeks on holiday in Australia we were able to catch up with our laundry. The hotel has a great position right next to the main shopping area and very close to the river with access to the river taxi service. A five star stay."
