"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"The property and room were really clean. Water pressure was high, AC worked perfectly. Exactly as advertised. You can hear the ocean while in the pool. Mark checked us in and gave excellent service, facilitating a late checkout. Will definitely stay again. "

"This property is horrible. We booked for 3 nights only stood one night and left. I tried to ask for a refund and was told I couldn’t because it was booked thru a 3rd party. This place is unbelievable the smell, foul! Like unbearable. everything is rusted from the entrance door handle to the bathtub handle. wires just everywhere, windows covered in a foggy film. place looks deserted as it really should be. They need to shut down. I have so much to say about this place. Nothing good unfortunately...

"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"Room was clean, view was amazing, staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very yummy as well. Being basically right in Buccoo Beach was an added plus. Be sure to check out the little “private cove” to the far left of the property at the end of the boardwalk. Will definitely be back!"

"My husband and I stayed for 10 nights. Absolutely enjoyed! Met a lot of nice people, from Trinidad and Tobago. We were there over Easter weekend, and school holidays. Oceanfront, all rooms! Location is the best, turtle beach. Saw a turtle dropping her eggs on the beach ! This is a 3*, but the staff definitely add a star. Shout out to Asst manager Jerome ( great guy), bar service Raul , Gabriel, Tennille! The gals at the grill, Nicole, Lakiesa, and Michem. Frederica’s cooking our eggs every...

"I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable."

"It was an okay stay. Wifi did not work so I had to leave the resort to actually work on my laptop. Not very many dining options except for the Waves restaurant. No telephone in my room. When asked at the front desk the agent said she did not know why. Property needs some updating. Once updated I might visit again."

"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"It is sad to see where Mt Irvine is at. A once vibrant hotel it’s now like a ghost town. No one there. No vibrancy. Water available for a few hours per day, no appealing meals. The entire hotel needs a lift in appearance but it is clear that its potential is still there. Hard to recommend the hotel in its current form. I was disappointed. "
