"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophia’s bakery and a shop less than a minute’s walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didn’t take the bin out. But overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here and will return!"

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

"We loved it here! The location is perfect, less then 1 minute from the beach - and the local minimarked, reataurants and small shops are practically next door. The hotel room was quite large, with a kitchen area and plenty of space in the bathroom as well. Quiet and effective aircon, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Very good value for money. They have a large two room bedroom on the second floor which was lovely. The neighbour roosters are very keen on waking everybody up though.. the...

The tiled pathway to room was slippery, need handrails and non slip mats in certain areas before the infinity pool. Bathrooms need support hand bars. Moving from the room back to reception area with luggage was difficult, esp. climbing the curved stairway."

Basically you are staying in a small private botanic garden waking up to the sound of the next door, rooster, numerous birds singing,, with morning yoga and delicious included breakfast. "The room was excellent with a great fridge/freezer and cooking facilities so we could choose whether to cook for ourselves or use the restaurant or local food outlets. The staff were so very helpful, especially the room cleaners who were always happy and made everything feel chilled and safe. The location is stunning with beaches immediately accessible from the hotel and a short walk to others. All round, an absolutely great place to stay 😍😍"
