The Space: Our spacious Ranch-style home, ‘The Attwood’, is ideal for groups of 3-7 guests with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Located in our quiet Mt Pleasant neighborhood, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/ exit, and up a short set of exterior stairs, The Attwood features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6 seats, breakfast bar, and stools, stocked kitchen ready to prepare a feast at home! Living room and sun room with high vaulted ceilings, backyard with patio table and chairs - this is the perfect vacation home to relax with your family and friends! Our office room is located centrally in the house near the living and the sunroom has a laptop-friendly desk and chair along with a pullout couch. The primary bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a spacious his and hers closet, side tables with lamps, and a large flatscreen SmartTV loaded with apps to watch your favorite movies and shows. Across the hall is another king-size bed, along with our third bedroom with a Queen-size bed, a closet to hang your clothes, and a desk with a mirror and chair - perfect for getting ready for a night out or using as a workspace. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/ kitchenware ready to host a feast!

This property has a strict check in time at 4pm and check out at 11am unless paid for and approved by our team. Thank you for understanding! We will be in and out of the house after 11am and prior to 4pm.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

Excellent house near Charleston!

Great location, close to beaches and downtown Charleston. Easy access back and forth. Great neighborhood, safe and welcoming. House was great! Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

The property was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. Location was perfect as we had events in downtown, Sullivan’s, and Daniel Island. We had a problem with AC and that was addressed immediately by the team and resolved within hours on a Sunday. Would stay here again - also neighborhood is lovely!

AMAZING!!!!

This place was a 10 out of 10!!! Could not be more happy with staying here! The neighborhood was super quiet and located in a great area! Just minutes to everywhere. There were four of us and we had plenty of room and were all so very comfortable. We especially loved the sunroom and how you can be in there and not disturb others. My favorite room!! Check in was super easy, and communication with stay duvet was excellent. Absolutely will book this place again when we travel to Charleston. The fenced back yard was also a super nice added bonus!! Loved it! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and I honestly give this place an A+++++ rating!!

Great location!

You can't beat this location, 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, 20 minutes to beaches. The home is old - not a criticism just a fact. The layout works well for a large family. We had wifi issues and no wifi (TV is internet too) for the first 3 days but the management company was very diligent in fixing it and ultimately did - so their service was great. The only thing that really needs improvement is the backyard. It is mostly weeds and ant hills. A weekend cleanup and pinestraw would make it much more enjoyable. All and all I would recommend this home.
