"The place was super clean, easy to access and close to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood looks like it is being improved and not sure I would let my daughter go for a run, but always felt safe. The only improvement would be the couch, looked like from the pictures it had been replace and was not the most comfy for cuddling. "

"Good property. Great location. Upstairs gets a bit warm and thermostat can’t be adjusted. Little difficulty with communication about linens and parking passes but management was quick to respond to my questions/problems. "

"The little blue cottage was perfect for our time in Charleston.The kitchen was completely equipped with a full size fridge and everything we needed.The cottage was very clean and tidy.Off-street parking was perfect. One note, the main bed is in a loft with a slightly steep ladder. The ladder was super sturdy with nice wide steps so we were very comfortable with getting up and down.We were very happy with this property and would def recommend it."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! It was clean and the perfect size and location to be able to walk to everything! Check in was simple and beach access was so close it was perfect! Our first time to Folly Beach but definitely not our last. We loved eating our breakfast on the front porch!"

"Cute little place perfect for 2 people. A little off the main area but for us it was still walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Had everything needed for an extra long weekend stay and fantastic communication about everything, including giving us a heads up on an event the weekend we were there so may be busier than usual. Definitely would recommend. "
