Close to lake Ouachita with plenty of room to park a boat!

Come and stay in our newly renovated home. We are located 6.3 miles from Mountain Harbor where you can launch your boat or rent a boat for the day. We are close to trails for hiking and biking. You could take a 30 minute drive and spend the day exploring Hot Springs. Digging for crystals in one of the local mines is a fun adventure you might enjoy. Wifi is available for all you devices and streaming channels.

Perfect

This place was the perfect little updated spot to stay while we visited family. The beds, pillows, and linens were comfortable. It had all the basic appliances and cookware. There was a huge fenced in yard, a charcoal bbq grill, and hammocks. We were able to plug in our hybrid in the covered parking area. There is plenty of room in the kitchen and a table that seats 6- great for family dinners. The master bedroom had its own bathroom. Most importantly, at least for me, is that everything was so clean. I’m a person that needs a clean space. The owner was so nice. She came over to deliver a box fan for the porch when I asked if there was one hidden somewhere. She was over in less than 10 minutes. She even brought us tomatoes from her garden and left fresh flowers in the kitchen. Really, I can’t think of anything that was missing.

Great property

We rented this house for a lake vacation with our kids. It was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is in a quiet road that made for great evening walks with our kids. The home owner made us feel very welcome and we would definitely rent there again.

Excellent place to stay

The house was very clean n stocked. Has a back porch to sit on if it rains with table and chairs. There is also a fire pit area with plenty of wood to use. The carport was nice to pull our truck in after a long day at the crystal mines.

A ray of sunshine in a stormy week

The house was perfect for our family of three! It was the cleanest and most well equipped VRBO property I have ever stayed in. The owner’s good taste in decor and necessities shined thru! Even though it rained —a lot every day —we were still able to hike the upper legs of the trails near the house. It was only a 10 minute drive to some great trail heads on the Oachita National Trail. When the area was threatened with severe storms and tornadoes the owner relayed where we could find shelter. She truly cared about us and wanted us to be safe. I would definitely recommend this property!!!!!

We had a great stay at Ella’s house in Mt. Ida! 1st two days, we had our best friends spend some relaxing time with us, and the 2nd two days we had family stay with us while we all be attended the Rich Mountain Primitive Baptist Association meeting in Hurricane Grove. Ella’s house was neat and clean and well supplied. Thanks, and we’ll want to do it again!

Peaceful retreat

My family had the best time while staying at Ella's house. The house was perfect and stocked with any and everything we could think of. Buddy, their dog gave us the sweetest welcome and hung out with us a few times during our stay. Close to town and activities. Host was wonderful.

We had a great stay at Ella's House in Mt. Ida. The house is super clean! The host even worked with us to allow a late check out due to a change in our travel plans. This will definitely be our go to place from now on when visiting Mt. Ida every summer!

Lovely Cottage

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owner had a sweet handwritten card for us with snacks waiting the on the table when we walked in the door. There was a travel guide book with info on various places around the area. It’s peaceful and quiet.

Cosmic Crystal AR Adventure

We came for the Eclipse and stayed the rest of the week at Ella's House to explore the area and check out the Crystal mines. This place was perfect! Great location. Very nice, clean, house with comfy beds. So much better and cheaper than staying at a hotel in Hot Springs. We all really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. Thank you!

Eclipse stay

This beautiful house was the absolute perfect place to watch the eclipse! We loved the fire pit and hammock swings. And there were some very nice extra touches. Really enjoyed meeting Buddy the doggo!!!!! We would not hesitate to stay again.
