"Stayed 3 nights at the end of May 2024. Location is right on the water. House is very large, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of four. We loved the outdoor bar, hot tub, comfy couch, nice beds, etc. Obviously the inclusion of the pontoon boot was the highlight of the house. We took the boat out every day, and had a wonderful time. "Wow! This place was absolutely phenomenal in every way. Our family had the best time at this property, so much so that our kids have requested to go back to Hot Springs this summer instead of to the beach! The basement layout cannot be beat for a kid friendly hangout area. Every little detail was considered, from the coffee bar with supplies including Truvia and flavored syrups, to the comfortable beds and tasteful decor. Can’t wait to return when the pool is open!"

"We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful, very comfortable bed. It was a quick one night stay but we plan to return for a long weekend. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. The host was very helpful once we reached her."

"Checking in was very easy and the communication couldn’t have been any better. Gorgeous views from all three balconies. We were two families of two people each so the upstairs was one living area for my daughter and I and the 1st floor was another living area for second family. "This house had it all!! Especially if you have children they had all the fun toys for all ages! This house was plenty big enough for our family of 9! It was perfectly located just a mile or so from town to eat or shop. Southern Charm is the perfect name for this house because it was very well decorated in vintage charm. "This home had all we were needing for a weekend on Lake Hamilton! The boat dock was big factor and the outside area was clean and large with a big pool and plenty of seating. Each couple had an en-suite bath which was a big must for us. The rooms were spacious. Linda was proactive in her communication with me all weekend.
