"This hotel has a nice onsen and great staff who were very helpful. It did need some cleaning unfortunately and it lacked basic amenities like bath mats, coffee and tea, etc. Also the hotel itself has no food/bar/snacks, which would be useful as it's a bit out of the way."

"Overall, we had a great stay at Rakuten Stay Fuji View Hakone, and would definitely recommend it.” The heated floors, tatami room, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, and projector for movies and music made the space feel cozy and thoughtful.
