On the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, it is composed as follows:

- Entrance with storage

- Master bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and storage

- Separate WC

- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and mirror

- Living area with an equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room

- Sofa and armchair in the living room

- Children's bedroom with two bunk beds (80x190cm)

- French door providing access to a sunny balcony with clear views (southeast exposure)

- Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence



You will have access to the entire apartment.



End of stay cleaning, sheets & towels as well as made beds upon arrival are included in the cleaning and laundry package.



We are on site during your stay if needed.



The Falaise neighborhood is highly appreciated for its proximity to parking and the station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment directly on foot (100m from the station reception).
