On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip. "It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host."

"This is a rat motel in the middle of the hood. The picture of the room in the advertising is super false, no hand towels, one towel, stunk of cigerettes, blanket had makeup on it. Extremely shady area, smokers and crack heads walking up and through the property. THIS IS A MOTEL NOT A HOTEL. Very seedy and disgusting, we walked in and walked right back out LMAO!"

"The room was spacious and clean. However, I traveled alone as a woman, and I did not feel comfortable with the location. The hotel is next to RiverStone Casino, and there were drunk people yelling outside the rooms all night. The walls are very thin, so I could hear everything from the other rooms. It was very hard to sleep. The elevator was dirty and smelled bad. I would not stay here again, especially if you are looking for a quiet hotel before or after your flight."

"The Room is clean and the hotel is overall nice. The neighborhood is scary at night. The breakfast is not good at all. Not the best option, if you find something else at the same price point in other part of the town (not the bronx) go for it."
