Check-in: From 3:00 pm. Access instructions will be sent via SMS on arrival day. Early check-in may be available subject to availability.

Swimming Pool: The pool is seasonal, generally open from the September NSW school holidays until the end of the Easter school holidays.

Parking: Off-street parking is available. The garage is not included.

Pets: Sorry, pets are not permitted.

Linen: Bed linen and one bath towel per guest are supplied. Please bring your own pool, lake and beach towels.

House Rules: This home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Strictly no parties, events, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
