"We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. It was a bit tricky finding the location initially, this is the only thing that could be improved. We would highly recommend this villa. I...

"Die Anreise war ein wenig turbulent, da die Hausnummer nicht mit der Beschreibung identisch ist.Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und zwei Kleine Hunde.Die 2 Zimmer sind sind mit zwei sehr bequen Betten ausgestattet.Die kleine Küche ist leider sehr provisorisch aufgestellt, keine ablagefläche, spülen muss man im Bad, das sehr umständlich ist. Aber machbar.Kühlschrank, wasserkocher und co sind bereitgestellt und für das Frühstück ist gesorgt, Toast und Toaster sollte mitgebracht werden, da nur Zwieback als...

"Well kept house with lovely gardens and plenty of outdoor seating. Good location with supermarket and pharmacy close by. Short walk into Lazise which has regular bus services and plenty of places to eat. A boat trip across the lake is a must, as is a visit to Verona and Peschiera.Our host was very welcoming and was on hand to answer any questions.Thank you very much Elena and Massimo!"

"In dem Haus war alles vorhanden. Typisches italienisches Ferienhaus, großes Naturgrundstück, Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Zufahrt ist etwas versteckt, wir wurden am Anfang der Straße abgeholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank."

We felt the property could benefit from better ventilation for humidity on the lower floors and with the extreme hot weather, some air cooling or at least cooler fans to make the stay more pleasant.
