"Der Aufentahlt hat uns allen sehr gefallen, wir waren mit der gesamten Anlage sehr zufrieden, unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! "We stayed here in early April - 6 adults, the Villa is amazing as are the views and Michelle the owner cannot do enough for you, he even has some home made wine in the cellar for 5 euros which would give most £30 bottles a run for its money. The location is slightly rural, and you will require a car to explore, however most major places around the lake are no more than 1 hours drive, with most being much closer, great for scenic walks. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will return some...

"Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. Comfortable beds, and Cinzia was a delight to work with! She provided restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! "Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

"We spent a few days in Barni. Elisabetta welcomed us on the first day and showed us around. During our stay she maked sure, we feel safe and asked if everything is fine. The house was clean and spacious, also the garden, which has a pool, a nice BBQ area and lot of toys for the children. The kitchen was well equipped. There was also enough parking space for 3 cars. We enjoyed our stay very much. Elisabeta is a very nice and kind host."

"Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors.
