Brilliant location, far enough way from the town to be nice and quite, but near enough to walk which saves on the teying to park game. "Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair. "

"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "Beautiful cottage. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. A gorgeous, tranquil garden. The village was picturesque, a very handy community shop that stocked all essentials, lovely village pub and great walks. Maddy and Geoffrey were perfect hosts and the bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely gesture. I could not fault this property and would highly recommend. Hope to revisit some day soon."

"The property benefits from a fantastic view across Brixham harbour which bustles all day. I personally loved watching the comings and goings from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine.As has been said on many other reviews, the property is laid out over 4 floors and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have mobility problems it may be challenging to reach upper bedrooms. There are however twin and double bedrooms on the ground floor which should help mitigate the impact of too...
