"This is a hotel property in decline, simple as that. The thing is they all seem to be relatively easy fixes, if they just cared to make them. The first thing I noticed was the deteriorated and sticky TV remote, it was truly disgusting. "When they say it matters where you stay they truly mean it. The property needs a major revamp. The quality of sheets, towels, appliances and furniture are so bad and outdated. I stayed for one night and almost didn't, I was willing to forfeit my payment that was made on Expedia to go to another hotel. "My favorite place to stay in Rockwall. The Texas Cobb Salad w/Shrimp was amazing for dinner. Breakfast is always delightful, I tried the lobster Benedict and it didn’t disappoint. Chef’s kiss! Cleanliness isn’t every an issue but I clean upon arrival Only complaint was the comfort of the bed after 1 night of rest. This was an issue during our last visit and we had to request extra padding.
