"Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. "The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need. Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific. The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating...

"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."

"Stayed at this place for 3 days it was very clean and staff was very cooperative. Alot of good restaurants nearby and embassy was only 10 mins away. Our flight got cancelled and they lets us stay at the place for extra 6 hours without any charge. Highly recommend this place"

"For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) "

"The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! I really get appreciated by all as a guest. Thank you!"

"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "
