"Property is in the middle of nowhere. No food options and 7-11 shops nearby. Must use a motorbike or car to ge anywhere. Property lacks any amenities. Units are detached and can accomodate 1-2 people. The TV is basic with no options to stream. The bathroom is run down and desperately needs a renovation. When you flush the toilet the bowl leaks. Much better accomodation options in Phuket. Should only stay if no other options available."

"The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation. Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close. "We stayed at this property July 10-18 this hotel was very quiet not anything going on. Just relax swim, gym or a peace of mind. The breakfast was included with our stay. Not sure if that’s for everyone. It was very close to the mall. We literally walked there every day. They kept running out of ice. It was pretty far from a lot of activities. So if you looking for do more activities just be mindful you will have to travel a little distance. Overall it was a good hotel. Would recommend for people...

"This is a follow up review. I must say they didn’t disappoint. I’ll be back and will definitely be staying here in November. The staff although not versed in the English language try their best to communicate and exceeds all customer service expectations. This place is new and they have a lot to improve on but the potential is definitely there for them to become a 6 star resort."

"We stayed in The Oceanic Sportel for 5 nights. We, however, spent most of the days on tours and did not use any of the facilities hotel offers (pool, gym, tennis courts). Be aware of the location of the hotel, there are no close beaches as most of them are on the other side of the island. The staff is always nice. We took breakfast at the hotel as well. The breakfast offers a lot to choose from. "
