The location of the apartment was excellent. However, the logistics were poorly managed. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 p.m., but the cleaner was still working when we arrived and stayed until 5. She did a great job, so we were happy with the cleanliness. The apartment had everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt safe most of the time. The internet worked well.Unfortunately, there were several inconveniences. A worker came to install a door closer without prior notice—luckily we were home. Later the same day, a plumber had to fix a toilet leak that was affecting the apartment below, which felt like two privacy intrusions in one day. The towel bar was broken, making it unusable. There were also water stains from the AC, and overall the maintenance of the unit seemed lacking.The digital lock was confusing—it didn’t work at first, then it worked, but stopped again right at 10 a.m. on checkout day, even though we had been granted a late checkout. This was frustrating.The host replied quickly to messages, but given all the issues, we felt some compensation would have been appropriate. We only received an apology.Would I stay again? Probably, because the location is so convenient for getting around Montreal. Hopefully, the apartment will be in better condition next time.---If you’d like, I can also make a **shorter, more polished version** that reads

Everything as described

This apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable. One thing out of Jordan's control is the fact that you can hear the footsteps of the people above you.It was very manageable but reminded you that you are in an apartment. The location was exactly what we hoped. It is close to restaurants and supermarkets. We will be booking again on our next trip to Montreal.

Just what I needed

I was there for 5 nights, I was a bit hesitant by one other review about the noise. Unit was extremely clean and well kept for a rental, fully equipped if you want to cook, wash your clothes or anything in between, towels were also provided. Host is responsive and sent updates frequently. Being back in Montreal after some time, it felt good. The unit was located away from the madness yet close to everything you need. Quiet area and neighbours, parking isn’t an issue so long you know where and what times you are and aren’t allowed to parks also if you get a ticket it’s cheaper than paid parking! Just sayin

Conveniently located perfect place

The place was exactly as advertised. Conveniently located, fully furnished rooms and well equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our queries. Shared all the info we needed in a timely manner. We'd be happy to be back one day.

Great apartment tough parking

We picked this place because it was kid friendly and on site parking. Neither were the case. The building echoed horribly, and we had to work double time to keep you g kids from being kids. As well we got fined for parking in front of the building. The reason? We had US plates, and the area was reserved for "residents". There is no onsite parking. The apartment itself was very nice. If you have no kids and are quiet, it's a great stay. We aren't that, so it was a rough fit. Owner was nice to us and kept in contact with us throughout. Just beware that some of the features aren't accurate.

city vacation

This was a great apartment for a small family looking to stay in the city and experience the city outside of the front door, very walkable to many locations and clean inside the apartment. The management was responsive to questions during our stay which was very helpful. Many other units were under construction during our stay but they were working overall to improve the building which will likely only be better over time.
