7 minutes away (by car) from the top of the Mont-Royal mountain , minutes away from the best bars, restaurants , coffee shops and local stores.
Our place is also walking distance from Beauty’s Restaurant , one the most epic breakfast experience in Montreal .

You will enjoy the big sunny rooftop terrace while having your coffee before going for brunch at the retro restaurant BEAUTY’S located 6 min away by walk.

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. City law requires noise to be kept reasonable at all times. Planning a party? Let me know—I can recommend my friend’s party-friendly property.

⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).

⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). If you have any questions about this, contact me before check-in, I am glad to discuss with you.

⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

⋆CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment, not parties or abuse. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. Please care for the property and furnishings so future guests can enjoy them too.

⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property.

⋆CHECK-IN TIME
Self-check-in is available after midnight, but assistance may be limited if I’m asleep. For support I suggest to keep with the Check-in window, I'm readily available from 8 AM to midnight for any issues and questions, always.
If arriving past midnight, let me know your estimated time in advance and be sure you received and reviewed the check-in instructions sent the day before.

⋆CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee past 11:00 a.m. up to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. resulting in an extra night's charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be requested and pre-approved a full day in advance.

⋆KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge. In rare situations, if required, we have the right to request a photo ID at check-in (this has never happened before).

⋆LONG RESERVATIONS & SUPPLIES
Basic supplies are provided for the first week. For longer stays, you may need to replenish consumable items. See Amenities for a detailed list of what's included. Additional cleaning services are available on request.

⋆EMERGENCY ACCESS
Building management may access the property in time of emergencies, mandatory inspections, or urgent repairs. I will always notify you beforehand whenever possible.

⋆PARKING
When using any public parking in Montreal, it’s your responsibility to follow local parking regulations. Always check the signs. Please double-check the parking signage to be safe.

⋆We do welcome Service Animals!
If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

Perfect location

Great Location

With four bedrooms (2 on each floor) along with living and dining rooms, it allows a family to have separate spaces along with gathering spaces. The process was easy and the communication was great. The location was ideal as there were many restaurants that are walkable, and you are not far from downtown. When not walking or biking, you will want to plan for parking. There is an app that provides locations for lots that you can walk to or inquire about options with the host. A car service may be the best way to get around.

Clean and Comfortable

Our group of friends (there were 5 of us) had a great stay at this property! Four of us each had a bedroom and one slept on the pull-out couch. The owner was very responsive when I had a question about check-in. The property was clean and everything was easy to find.We walked out the front door and all over the city! There are so many restaurants and shops to explore. It was about a 30 minute walk down to the river. We also walked through the McGill campus and the nearby park. It was all so beautiful!We parked for the weekend at a nearby garage.I would definitely recommend this place for a jumping-off point to explore Montreal.

Appeared newly renovated, exceeded our expectations based on VRBO listing. The kitchen had everything one could possibly want - high quality dishes etc and a plentiful supply. No shortage of linens either. The rooftop terrace was a bonus and we could even see the cross on the top of Mount Royal. It was purple now because the Pope had died.

Lovely Time in Montreal

A group of friends met up in Montreal. We had a great time, and while a couple of issues were brought to the attention of the host, they were minor for us. The host was a great communicator, and welcomed feedback on our stay after we left. The place itself felt very comfortable and inviting, though the entry stairwell meant it's not accessible to everyone. There were a lot of shopping options within easy walking distance for a couple of things we forgot, as well as places to eat. It was a great stay, and while there were a couple of minor maintenance issues, the place was clean and well-kept. Furthermore the host was very understanding and good at communicating, which I consider to be more important anyway.

Montreal condo near park

We rented the two story condo for a family trip. There were 5 of us, all adults. The condo was lovely, clean, with multiple balconies. It had the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It was clean and cool with AC. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I could not say anything bad about this listing. We had a wonderful stay there and would return again!

What a wonderful place for our family to stay for our daughter's graduation from McGill. Fun location, lots of space and we loved having breakfast on the rooftop deck. I would highly recommend!

Good memories.

This was a good find! The place was true to the photos, very clean, well appointed with basic supplies, and super comfortable beds. Check in and out was easy. The host responded quickly when we had questions or difficulty working with a his digital lock. The wifi worked very well. The unit was quiet, even though on a big street with bus traffic. We were very pleased with the quality of the linens, and the location was excellent! Near cafes and restaurants, walking distance to transportation, and so close to a nice walk up Mont Royale. It would be nice to have night stand with reading lights in all the rooms. but there were more than enough ceiling spots. The oven is a little tricky in terms of temperature. (only used it once). Deck is wonderful but unfortunately it was too cold to make use of it. Would rent again in the future. Nancy L

Nice place but terrible experience with host

I would love to recommend this place because the facility itself was large, clean and mostly true to form. Unfortunately, the experience I had with the host went from bad to worse when I was informed on check in that there was no parking availabe even though it says parking on site. He acknowledged the issue but there was no compensation for all that we had to do to find a place and then pay to park. It got worse when there was a noise complaint (it is a duplex with an apartment below and noise carries like you wouldn't believe) when our teenagers were loud (unknowingly) watching a movie the first night and monkeying around as teenagers do. We were threatened with police/security/eviction! We left a day early because the rest of the stay was no longer a vacation for me as the host did not respond to my apology/questions/requests, until I got VRBO customer service involved. This experience has made me never want to use VRBO again. Good luck!

Great experience

The two floors were spacious. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. Four bedrooms and three baths made for a good stay! The neighborhood was great with lots of stores. Very conveniently located to get downtown, to Mount Royal, and Mile End. Daily parking available on the street using City parking kiosks. The property manager was very responsive.

Beautiful unit ! Great location, very clean.

This is a great property, very functional and well located, walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants. Great communication with Mana ( host). The apartment is very clean and organized. Easy to checkin and checkout. Our only concern was about parking, since most of the places closes early and on the weekends. Parking on the streets are restricted. ***We found a parking garage that gave us an access code, and we were able to get in and out after hours and during the weekend. Stationnement Mont-Royal Parking- 4510 Clark Montréal QC.
