"Nuestra experiencia ha sido fantástica desde la llegada hasta la salida. Erik y Nathalie han sido muy acojedores y siempre dispuesto a dar buenos consejos . Hemos decidido también cenar dos veces en esre establecimiento y ha sido una de las higlights de nuesrra estancia . comida riquisima y abubdante y consumida con los propietarios y los otros huespedes. 10 puntos! "

"We had a wonderful time at Katy and Olivier place. Short walk from the train station, very well located! The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. "La propriété et le logement sont tout simplement excellents. Le parc est très verdoyant et arboré et très bien entretenu. L espace piscine est idéalement placé et bucolique. La chambre pinson est très spacieuse, apaisante, avec une belle vue sur l'autre parc. la salle de bain est très belle et agréable. Une climatisation fixe est disponible en cas de grosse chaleur. Bref, tout est idéal pour tout oublier et se régaler. Finissons par le service : nous n'avons pris que le petit déjeuner qui fut...

"We stayed at Le Grand Bassin Guesthouse for one night before picking up our Le Boat for a 10-day cruise east. I can say without hesitation that we had a perfect stay! We arrived on Castelnaudry by train, and then walked to the guesthouse, so of course we were behind schedule. Sophie waited patiently for us and, on our arrival, called Chez David in town to make sure we would get a table for dinner. Sophie is an exceptional host, and our room was clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast...

"J'ai adoré cette chambre d'hôtes! La cadre est sublime avec la vue sur le grand jardin, la rivière au fond, la glycine en fleurs au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Excellent endroit pour l'observation des oiseaux. Chambre très grande et confortable, salle de bain très jolie, fonctionnelle et propre. Hôtes très sympathiques. À savoir que le parking n'est pas pour une voiture qui elle a été garée un peu plus loin au parking public. Centre-ville de Castres très proche à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent...

"Fabulous location, charming and welcoming hosts, great attention to detail, laid back, languid and comfortable. The ambience is southern France to a tee, but with a Canadian accent. Breakfast is not cooked, but the choices and quality of foods will leave you well satiated. Chris and Lisa are chock full of information to get you started on your visit to Carcassonne, including area restaurant choices. Full marks all round, a real gem."
