The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom accessible from inside the house, along with an additional bathroom reachable from the outside.
On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Direct access from this room leads out to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dedicated dining table within the kitchen area itself.
The upper floor is reached via a steep staircase and houses both sleeping areas. The first bedroom is a walk-through room furnished with a 160 cm French bed, while the second bedroom contains 3 beds of 80 cm each. The shower, bidet, and WC are located on this upper floor.
