"Was pleasantly surprised that the pictures and description was a little different than when we gotcthere. There was certainly new construction down stairs adding an extra bathroom with shower. It was a sweet surprise! Great and quick response from owner! Loved the view and the all season room! Our family had a much needed relaxing time and shared lots of laughs. "The place was perfect for what we needed. It's right next to Pepe's and Giovanni's, two of my favorite Cumberland restaurants. It was also just 22 minutes from State Park Marina. You can hear everything from every room; we all went to bed and woke up at the same time, so it didn't bother us. I also loved the AC units in each room."

"There was a leaking split and went through bathroom ceiling. They did come out to clean clogged unit. Between the drones, crazy fireworks and kids constantly running motorbikes it was a little relaxing. The cabin was nice and layout of the property was good with the game room.
