"This is a perfect Moab location and get away! You can walk to Main Street- bbq right by is excellent- wings are our fav. The house was clean, well stocked and management is very available and kept me informed. House is exactly as listed. If you are looking- this place is a yes!"

"Overall okay, stove top dirty, cobwebs in corners, cockroaches by garage. Back yard outdoor seating unusable. Dirty, trash all over, broken chairs. We were out and about mostly so we just ignored the above. Beds very comfortable, location great, tons of space"

"The property is exactly as listed and made for a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The interior is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool and playground are conveniently located right outside of the garage and the views are amazing! The location was convenient for going to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Hole in the Rock. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and activities in the area but the property itself is quiet and...

"The property was clean and well maintained. We had lots of soft beach towels for the pool, the snow cone maker was a nice bonus! The front door lower handle could have a non-lock handle on it, we got locked out but the owner replied quickly. Not a big deal. They gave us plenty of dishwasher tablets and soap, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend ! "

"The house was great! Loved eating out on the front patio, plenty of chairs, we grilled alot. Set up of house was great, master seperate from other bedrooms. Hot tub right out the master sliding doors. Loved having a garage. House was hard to find, like going down an alley to get to door and garage, other than that it was perfect. "

"The character of the house combined with the location couldn't have been any better. You are within walking distance of so much stuff in downtown Moab, but you feel pretty isolated once you get into the beautiful yard! Hot tub, green grass, beautiful shade trees, and the perfect deck for enjoying either a coffee or adult beverage overlooking the creek. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. "This charming two bedroom on Rosetree was the perfect location for our stay in Moab. I was impressed that shortly within booking Justin reached out to confirm and let me know what to expect. On the day of our arrival the check-in instructions were sent as soon as the space was ready for us. The location was great, centrally located to downtown Moab. It was clean and stocked with the basics we needed during our stay and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we come back...
