"This is our second year renting a house at Swinging Bridge Reservoir. This house is beautiful, updated and in a great location on the lake. We even brought our boat (marina is just down the street). There was not one complaint from any of our 5 kids! (Ages 18-25) The weather wasn’t the greatest but there was still plenty to do! "Let me start with the positives, the interior of the house was neat and tidy. Hosts were very nice and communication was good. Very close to Walnut Mountain Park. The negatives - I would not consider the property “rural” or a private setting. It’s on the corner of the main road and very close to a very rundown area.
