Eight unique places to stay inside a large, 10 hectare property owned by an internationally renowned Italian artist and sculptor (the owner lives on the property in the Manor house, a 1500s Florentine style villa). The property park, which hosts many of his artworks and his studio, is a true open air museum.

The sculptor personally supervised the renovation and furnishing of the rental units, using his favorite material, travertine, for the bathrooms, kitchens, stairs and floors.
On the property, each of the 8 units has its own, private outdoor space. There are also large common spaces and 2 shared pools: one is uncovered, the other has a travertine roof and is heated to 36° using natural geothermal heat. This heated pool makes it possible to swim even during the cooler months!
Within about a 45 km radius there are the Etruscan city of Volterra, the medieval village of Bolgheri (famous for its esteemed wines and beautiful cypress-lined road), the Bolgheri Oasis (natural park - WWF Italy), and the Etruscan Coast’s beautiful beaches like Marina di Cecina, Marina di Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto.

Ground floor (access via 3 steps): entrance and loggia furnished with table and chairs, kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker) with dining area, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
First floor in the tower:(accessible via a spiral travertine staircase): bedroom with stone made double bed and vaulted ceilings with ceramic tiles made by the artist.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Private outdoor space furnished with table, chairs, and barbecue.
