Poggio alla Famina is a private luxury villa nestled in the rolling countryside near Montepulciano, in the heart of Tuscany's wine country. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and panoramic hills, the estate accommodates up to 14 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms and features a heated infinity pool with unobstructed views of the Val d'Orcia landscape. Originally built in 1850 and carefully restored on its historic foundations, the villa combines the charm of an authentic Tuscan farmhouse with the comfort and design of a contemporary luxury retreat, and is always rented exclusively to one group at a time.

OUTDOOR LIVING & HEATED INFINITY POOL
The heated infinity pool overlooks the vineyards and is open from April through October (heating available upon request, separate charge). Surrounding the pool: sun loungers, a shaded pergola for outdoor dining, multiple lounge areas, a bocce court, an olive grove, and open gardens. The outdoor spaces are large enough for the entire group to spend full days outside—moving naturally from breakfast to a swim, long lunches under the pergola, a sunset aperitif, and dinner under the stars. The pool is heated upon request and can only be turned on during the winter and spring months.
