"My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties. "Very easy to park. Very lovely staff members. Stayed in a room with 2 beds which is comfortable and clean. Funitures are old style, the sofa in our room is very old and worn out, and is covered with bed sheets. And the lights are quite dark like most of the hotels. Sauna downstairs is very comfortable and good but the little Spa is out of order. It looks better in the pictures. In reality, It could be more splendid. "

"From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing.
