"Good hotel for city break in Belfast. Location good short walk away from bus station. Belfast quite small city could walk most places if able but hotel convenient located to get to a lot of the bars and shops. Hotel it self was good decent reception area and room was a good size for the price."

"My wife and her friend stayed for 3 days. The property was dated and rooms were basic but clean. However the biggest let down was the staff, there was no one to check them in on arrival. They did not have any breakfast items as by the time ( and they were within the allocated times) most of things had run out. the staff were extremely rude did not want to refill , eventually my wife had to go get someone from reception to sort some breakfast. "I loved this hotel and would definitely return! The staff couldn’t be nicer & more helpful. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable and a great value. The location is convenient. The rooftop bar has great views of Belfast. The only drawback was the elevators are being worked on, so they were slow and some large tour groups stay there, so breakfast was very crowded. But the staff did a great job accommodating us and the Irish porridge was delicious."
