The house consists of: living room with seating and dining area and fireplace, open kitchen, a a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate toilet, scullery with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, oven and microwave and extra refrigerator with freezer; on the ground floor. On the first floor there are: a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet; 2 twin bedrooms; a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
The house is fully equipped. It features a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The house is on a small hill and is surrounded by a great view.
The prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the pool. Baby-cot gratis. Pool towels available for free. Pets not allowed. Internet connection available for free. To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter,inventory deposit, final cleaning. Local tax must be paid cash directly on the spot.
