  • Confortable casa independiente con piscina privada , ubicada en una posiciòn tranquila y panoramica alrededor de Montaione , pueblesito que se encuentra sobre las colinas a solo 50 km de Firenze y a 20 km de la torre de San Gimignano.La casa es muy acogedora , asì permite de pasar una encantadora y relajante vacacione en contacto con la natura , al mismo tiempo ser vecino a los famosos centros de interès como Firenze , San Gimignano , Siena , Volterra , Pisa y los demas pueblesitos del Chianti.Un grande espacio externo rodea la casa, el acceso es por medio de una calle de 200 m no asfaltada pero en buenas condiciones.Parqueo en la propiedad.


    Distancia : Montaione ( tiendas de todo tipo ) a 1 km , San Miniato a 20 km , San Gimignano a 20 km , Volterra a 30 km , Firenze ( aeropuerto) a 50 km , Siena a 60 km , Pisa ( aeropuerto) a 60 km.

    1° Piso : Grande salòn con chimenea , comedor con acceso a una terraza ( 18 m2 ) cocina( hornillas electricas , horno , freezer , tostapan , cafetera , cafetera americana ) , cuarto con dos camas personal , baño privado con ducha , cuarto matrimonial con ventilador en el techo , cuarto con 2 camas personal ( una de ella es ¾ ) y acceso al externo , baño con ducha.
    2° Piso : Altillo con un piano y chimenea ( no funziona)

Our family had a wonderfull week at this property just outside Montaione. The property is very well maintained, clean and well equipped. On top of that a efficient mosquito system that keep them more or less away. Close to supermarket. Disappointing that aircon was not set up in a efficient way that resulted in very warm nights. Also disappointing to be charged 100 euros for mandatory cleaning for a very small dog. (read the small letters before ordering a dog) Cinzia and her husband that service the property and guests are very sweet and helpful.

We are a family of six adults and five children and spent two weeks in april-may 2022 in the six rooms of Villa Amadeo. One of the adults is wheelchair bound. She stayed in the yellow room, which is fully adapted, equipped with a hospital bed and a shower wheelchair. No obstacles. A swimming-pool elevator and a wheelchair lift at the entrance made her stay as relaxing as possible. It was very apparent that the owners wanted very much to learn from our experiences. Any small problems we encountered were solved almost instantly. We all, but especially the children, enjoyed the swimming pool very much. As well as Andrea's pizza party! The house and garden are a showcase of creativity and good taste. Every day we heard and saw bee-eaters, nightingales, serins, warblers and many other birds. The mesmerizing villages and scenery of Tuscany did the rest. We had a wonderful time.

beoordeling is niet van toepassing aangezien wij de laatste huurders waren. het huis zal in het najaar volledig vernieuwd worden. er zal ook een gebouw bijkomen. de tuin en zwembad zijn fantastisch.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa in early Aug. I have no hesitation recommending Casa Gabriella to anyone looking to spend quality time in Tuscany. The villa has all anyone would require to ensure a relaxing holiday. Magnificent grounds surrounding the large pool. The nearest town of Montaione offers lovely restaurants, bars, and fabulous views over the countryside. All of this within easy drives of San Gimiagno, Sienna and the home home town of Andrea Bocelli, Lajatico. Next time we visit Italy we will certainly return to this beautiful place. La maison est très agréable mais elle mériterait quelques travaux de rafraichissement. Les extérieurs sont superbes et la piscine particulièrement grande. Heureusement qu'on passe plus de temps à l'extérieur plutôt qu'à l'intérieur. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is very nice but it deserves some refreshing works. The exteriors are superb and the pool particularly large. Fortunately we spend more time outdoors rather than indoors.

This property is in an ideal location close to charming little towns, Chianti's vineyards and well within reach of some of the best cities in Tuscany. The house is spacious, very well maintained and affords a number of picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. The pool is fabulous as well. Overall, this home far exceeded our expectations.

The house isn't named "casa gabriella" at the gate. - the mosquitos got on our nerves, depending on daytime - the garden is not for single-use. Every afternoon there is a man looking after his garden. Therefore he has to walk nearby the pool and he did it several times a day. Sometimes he met visitors in his part of the garden.
