The outdoor spaces and the swimming pool are equipped with comfortable garden furniture to spend peaceful moments in the open air. The estate is completely fenced to guarantee privacy for guests and has a swimming pool with hydromassage, five-a-side football pitch, giant chess, playground and ping pong.. Located in the heart of Tuscany, it is a privileged starting point for visiting the most beautiful cities of art such as Florence, Siena and Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra. The estate has a small cellar where it is possible to purchase typical local products (wine and oil). Nearby you can play golf (27-hole course), tennis and horse riding. This is one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. Fantastic colors that slide over soft hills like in an impressionist painting in this countryside where forest and vineyards alternate in a poetry dotted with cypresses. On one side a splendid view of Castelfalfi and the Carfalo valley, down to the hills towards Ghizzano, Lajatico and Peccioli; on the opposite side Montaione and the Evola valley. Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
