"!!BED BUGS!! Don’t stay here unless you like bed bugs! We asked for financial compensation and they told us they wouldn’t give it since we booked through Expedia. We then contacted Expedia and they told us the property only has the authority to do that, so our agent reached out to them and they denied us yet again. They offered us ONE free night at another property as compensation, but why would I want one free night when I spent $100 a night for 4 nights of sleeping with bed bugs?? Completely...

"Everything was beautifully set, my kids and family love it here especially the staff, the only thing that borders me was I have to come down to get towels at the front desk no house keeping after hours."

"The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again."

"Room was not cleaned very well. Hair was all over bathroom sink and stuck to shower walls. Mildew/mold in the shower. The WORST part was that the mattress topper had blood and urine stains! The stains showed through the sheets. Night 1 I had to sleep on top of blankets. The next morning, I asked the front desk to change out the mattress topper which they did not! I had to sleep on top of the blankets again. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Holiday and most certainly will not stay here again."

"Staying here was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. The staff was helpful and I felt safe. The only downside was an unexpected $50 deposit for incidentals that took 4-5 days to be released."

"The staff was very nice and professional. Very nice clean and remodeled facility and the food and complimentary drinks after check in was great. Free parking and safe surroundings. Pete from the front desk was very nice along with staff in the dining area. Plus they promptly unclogged the bathroom sink. The beds and pillows were very good."
