"We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason."

"We had a very late check in, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good."

"Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly"

"We had to check in very late at night due to being delayed on the road, but the front desk staff (Jasmine) was wonderful, and the morning staff were also very conversational and helpful. The room was clean, we had what we needed for a one-night stay. The breakfast served was good, seemed fresh, and the area was very clean, well-taken care of. Overall, a great experience, nothing missed the mark for us! I especially loved that there was cold still AND sparkling water available to refill our water...

"Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Only one type of creamer (others I have stayed at have a variety) The apples looked like they had been there entirely too long. Very limited choices at the breakfast bar. Looks like the owners were trying to be cheap on the breakfast. Only one side of the toaster worked. Not very well kept. Room was okay. Staff was nowhere to be found at checkout so I can't speak for that."

"This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t use any of the amenities. So I can’t really comment on those. However I could see the pool. And it was very clean looking as well. I was there just to sleep. Because I went to Kings Island and Strickers Grove. My only improvement that I could wish for would have been concerning breakfast. 2 days in a row shredded chicken was offered. In 2 different flavors. One flavor each day. This was to make breakfast burritos. With several...
