Check in and out was very easy with photos of each step of the process to access the building and the key safe, as well as rapid responses from Franki & Maria. "We were a company of 10 friends and really occupied the whole appartment. Alexandros contacted us in advance before the arrival and came with good suggestions for car parking and other practical details. He was waiting us and spent time with us to sort out with the parking. The place is in the heart of Palermo city and the parking is an issue. The rooms were nice and had all the comfort we needed. Certainly, it was a nice place in the city center and Alexandrow made it even better."
