"Really disappointed with this stay. The hotel is grossly overpriced, especially if you don't plan on using the facilities. Even with an exorbitant nightly rate, we still had to pay a resort fee which should have been included in that rate. If you are a person who wants to take advantage of the sports complex then this is a good hotel for you but if you're looking just for a nice hotel, this isn't it. "Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. "We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. "This hotel is very new and clean. It has a brand new shopping area with restaurants right across the parking lot. It’s a perfect place to stay for a night or two. Easy access to the train and taxis/Ubers are readily available to get to the heart of downtown."
