"We stayed in this house for two nights. Everything was great. I know the host indicates this, but unless you have minimal luggage or backpacks only, you will have to leave your luggage on the first floor. The stairs are very narrow and steep between the floors. However, each level offers space to relax and take in the gorgeous sea views. Thanks to Stefano’s help for getting to the location and helping us settle in."

"We spent some beautiful days with our little daughter in the house of Renata. She is really kind and serious about hosting and really tries to help where she can. The house is in a very good state as it was just renovated (July 2018) and it was clean and provided a lot of helpful infrastructure like a dishwasher and a washing machine but also things like deckchairs for sunbathing."

"Vier Freundinnen die seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. "During our stay in La Spezia, we did not have a rental car, which meant that for us, the walk to go downtown took about 30 minutes or more which we were not aware of. If you have a car to use, then it's a close drive! Just be aware if you are walking, it's a far walk to downtown and it's a LOT of uphill walking."
