"The location and room was nice. The stay itself was okay, but the customer service was lacking. Our request for an iron or steamer was ignored, there was no coffee maker in the room, and checkout was confusing because nobody was at reception and no instructions were given."

"Everything was just perfect! We felt like VIP!! We passed good time at the pool drinking local rosé and had dinner onsite. It is ideally located to visit the old town as well. The rooms were super clean and so is the entire Quinta. The breakfast is also very good. Thanks"

Volveremos"

"The hotel is set on a hillside facing the Douro River. Our room had an incredible view. The place is quiet and well-maintained. Our room was clean and had all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and they offered to make you eggs and pancakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
