He organized breakfast for us, a dinner reservation and even had a take-away lunch made for us for one of our excursions. You can tell he and the staff love what they do. The exterior photographs shown are actually of a restaurant down the road from the accommodation, which is misleading and gives the impression that it is part of the property. Several of the advertised facilities and services were also not available or were not as described. There was no on-site parking, despite this being stated. The parking available nearby cost €27 rather than the €20...

"We had a fantastic stay at Azur Palace Luxury Rooms! The location is excellent, just a short walk from Split’s main attractions while still being quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."

"Really great location in Split. Great to have help organising a taxi from the airport ( 70 euros 4 people with suitcases). The taxi was able to direct us when he dropped us at the edge of the pedestrian zone -100m. The door is an unassuming wood door which the owner will open remotely for you if arriving after hours. Communication is through WhatsApp. It all worked surprisingly well. Somewhat surprised to find a 30 euro charge ( reduced to 15) to store our suitcases for 3 hours after check...

"This hotel is perfectly located in the old town area of Split. It was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated in the summer heat! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful with luggage and travel suggestions, including checking that our outward ferry to Hvar was running on time. A simple continental breakfast is included each morning. The only improvement would be a little more storage space in the bathroom, e.g. a rack in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc."
