"We booked for 2 nights. When we checked in we noticed the AC didn’t work and a fan was in the room running. We let the front desk know and wrote the manager 2 emails since he/she wasn’t in the office. Hotel Novotel Monte Carlo
"The hotels Air con wasn't strong enough. And the bar staff are not attentive. Other than that, it was a good place. I recommend it for future travellers. The location is wonderful. The concierge is helpful and professional. Overall, a great place to stay."
