  • Situada en Moltrasio, Lago de Como, esta encantadora casa de piedra de 60 m² del año 1500 acoge hasta 4 huéspedes. Dispone de 1 dormitorio con cama doble y un salón con sofá cama doble. La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas. Wi-Fi, televisión, ventilador, lavadora y secadora están a vuestra disposición. Las familias con niños encontrarán cuna, trona y juguetes y libros compartidos.



    Disfrutad de una veranda privada cubierta de 25 m² con vistas espectaculares al lago y las montañas. La terraza es ideal para comer al aire libre y cuenta con barbacoa privada para que aprovechéis al máximo el paisaje del Lago de Como.



    Podéis aparcar en la calle y hay almacén compartido para bicicletas. No se permiten eventos. El acceso a la casa es a pie, en un bonito paseo de 5 a 7 minutos, ya que no es posible llegar en coche hasta la puerta.



    Durante vuestra estancia podréis saborear frutas y verduras locales. El self check-in está disponible y el transporte público se encuentra cerca. La ubicación, en el primer tramo del Lago de Como, ofrece fácil acceso a Milán, Lugano y pueblos con encanto junto al lago; la frontera suiza está a solo 3 km. Milán se encuentra a 50 minutos y hay numerosos barcos a destinos como Bellagio y Menaggio.

The house was beautiful and ready for our arrival. The host was always in communication with us and gave us tons of local recommendations.

Spektakulärer Panoramablick über den Comer See, den wir sehr genossen haben. Sara ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche, zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Sie hat ihr Steinhaus mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein ganz besonderes Juwel für einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub! Danke, liebe Sara!

SÉJOUR MAGNIFIQUE

Accueil chaleureux, et excellent contact avec Sara. Nous avons pu découvrir et profiter de cette sublime region. La maison était très confortable, atypique, joliment décorée et avec une vue époustouflante depuis la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay at the stone house! Sara was great to work with. She made sure we were prepared for our stay and arrival. The character in the house was just what I was looking for. The house was so clean and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches Sara had in the house. There are a lot of steps to the house, but we felt it was worth it!

Peaceful Charm Amid Amazing Beauty

Spectacular view and accommodations. Peaceful and calm. Soothing chimes from the cathedral added to the charm. We were very sad to have to go. You do need to be prepared to walk up lots of stairs with your luggage, but it's worth the effort. The 2nd floor has a family room with an open picture window, couches, and a dining area overlooking the lake. Maybe the best view in the area. Please be sure to get your food supplies before you arrive. There is a good market in Como. It was the best shower of any place we stayed - spacious with a rainfall shower head. Accommodating, friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend this property to experience the ambiance of the area and the breathtaking view of the Como Lake area.

Not a better view in the world

The three story house built into the mountains overlooking Lake Como could not be more perfectly situated for a colossal view. The photos do not do the house justice and Sara made us feel welcome, in spite of our not speaking more than a few words of Italian. We loved staying in Moltrasio and at the house because it feels more rustic and relaxing than Bellagio, which we visited and once was enough. We only stayed two days and I would like to come back for a week and visit the villages in the area. In the description, potential renters are advised about the climb to the house. I would recommend that a person be in fairly good physical condition to do it. The pay off, being up so high above the lake, is worth it. This is a wonderful place to visit and relax. Highly recommend.
