"Beautiful hotel located along the Han River. We loved the facilities, the comfortable room, and the convenient location. It’s directly connected to a shopping mall, a department store, and an amusement park, and it’s across from Seoul Tower.
The room was well equipped with a bidet, mini fridge, and high-quality toiletries. The staff was exceptionally kind—they let us borrow a plug adapter, as well as an iron and ironing board. Whenever we needed anything, room service was incredibly fast.

"The rooms were super clean and spacious. I loved the bathroom setup with walk in showers with tub inside, both a rain shower head and handheld shower heads, and bidet. The hotel is a little out of the way but also convenient to a train station and in a really quiet and safe neighborhood. I would definitely come back again and pick this over pricier, smaller hotels that might be more centrally located. Super worth it. Thank you!"

"I had high expectations for the Lotte Hotel Seoul given its reputation, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Despite the premium location, I got multiple flea bites after the first night. The itching and discomfort were significant and affected the rest of my trip.
Staff response was mediocre at best when reported. For a luxury hotel, this level of pest issue is unacceptable and concerning regarding cleanliness standards.
I cannot recommend staying here until this is properly addressed....

"Hotel location was great. Loads of shopping nearby. Lovely hotel very comfortable. Would stay again. Only complaint is that when I asked for a recommendation for a facial looking for more of a luxury Korean experience the only recommendation I got was a regular Korean facial but short on luxury and 3flights up with no elevator. I think it would be helpful if staff had knowledge of places to recommend."
