This large modern 6 bedroom home is perfect for the extended family or even two families.

The Space:
Magnificent ocean views with the beach at your front doorstep, you can't get much better than this. Two generous living areas makes this the ideal holiday home. as the adults can relax in the kitchen/living/dinning area, while the kids can retreat to the upstairs rumpus room.

Minimum stay 3 nights outside of the peak season.

Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.
- Bath towels, bath mats and hand towels
- Tea Towels for the kitchen

Perfect location

Large house with lots of room and the views simply beautiful. The open fire was lovely and cozy to sit around and the table tennis table was a huge hit for all! House had everything we needed for our family getaway. The only thing id suggest is perhaps a split system or some other form of heating/cooling for down/upstairs. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay thankyou.stunning! Close walk to the beach and close

Moggs creek

The property needs a little care. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. There is a lot of dust and old cobwebs in the bedrooms. The open fireplace doesn’t keep the property warm. If they had an enclosed fireplace it would have warmed the whole house. Only other heating option were little blow heaters in the bedroom cupboards. Please don’t post this online it is feedback for Stayz and property managers

Mardi Gras 2023

The property was in a great location. The owners were very responsive to our questions. It had everything we needed and the view was great. The condo was very clean and well kept. The AC worked great (we have been places where ot just could not keep up). The beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed the gym, indoor pool, and lazy river. My son is in a wheelchair so we always look for places that have enough space. This place had plenty. We had no trouble getting his chair into his room, around the condo, or any issues getting around the complex itself. We were more than satisfied with the property and its amenities!!

It was Pleasant and close to the Beach

The place was quite good and is close to the beach front. View was amazing. Only thing I would comment is when I get onto the property it was dusty on all rooms and upstairs. Needed a ducted heating although there was an open fire it was not enough to heat the room upstairs and downstairs. Other than that the place would be good on a summer days weather.

We had a lovely weekend. The views were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. The only negatives we had was the TV wasn't working & the only heating was an open fire & 1 portable heater upstairs. I think you should let people know hat when visiting in Winter. We went & bought a couple of portable heaters. We had3 children & a baby who all needed to be warm. Agent was very helpful. We'd go back again

Great house on the Great Ocean Road.

We loved the sweeping ocean views and cosy log fire. Wood was supplied which was fantastic. Easy walk down to the beach or drive into town. Living areas and kitchen work well and there's plenty of bedrooms. Hopefully, the front door has been fixed, it was very hard to open (impossible for me), but generally, things worked well. Hope to return again one day.
