The duplex is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor you will find a bright living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious private terrace with your own jacuzzi. The terrace has been upgraded with new lighting, comfortable outdoor cushions and elegant decoration, creating the perfect place to relax both day and night.

Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with premium beds and high-quality mattresses, together with a second fully renovated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower.

The property is also equipped with a modern rooftop solar hot water system, including a 300-litre hot water storage tank. This environmentally friendly system provides a reliable supply of hot water while reducing energy consumption.

Guests have access to three communal swimming pools (one for adults and two for children), a communal jacuzzi, sun loungers and landscaped relaxation areas.

Guests enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and free public parking, making their stay even more comfortable. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to provide additional comfort and improved air circulation. Air conditioning is available as an optional service for an additional charge.
