Casa Sol y Mar - Seaview - private parking-renovated studio

We are delighted to welcome you to our peaceful studio with beautiful sea views in Puerto Rico on the island of Gran Canaria. The apartment is located on the third floor of a gated complex in the sunniest part of our island. The complex does not have a lift, but it does have a clean swimming pool, outdoor showers, a relaxation area with tables and plenty of sun loungers. Our studio has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and the studio has its own air conditioning. The studio has a Smart TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a oven and microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. We provide towels, hand towels and beach towels. The balcony with beautiful sea views also has dining area. There is free private parking outside. The nearest shopping centre with a variety of restaurants and a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and there is also a marina. We recommend that you hire a car to easily explore the island and enjoy Puerto Rico.
