Llacuna de Mochras

Rather disappointed with our stay. We were on the third floor and got trapped in the lift while returning to our room. This was particularly concerning and inconvenient. I also had to carry my bags down the stairs this morning, despite having a bad hip and being in pain. This was very difficult and not something I should have had to do. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly, and the air conditioning in our room was stuck on despite following the instructions provided. There was also no way to contact reception from the room, meaning we would have had to leave the room and go downstairs. Given the commotion and behaviour of other guests outside our room, we did not feel comfortable doing this. The floor we were staying on was extremely noisy throughout the night. The fire alarm went off at around 5am, and we were also disturbed several times by other guests trying our door in the early hours. This left us feeling very uncomfortable and meant we got very little sleep. Overall, the combination of the lift problem, lack of accessibility, noise, disturbances, and issues owith the room made for a very poor stay. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
