Welcome to Bodelen, a charming stone cottage in the heart of Llanbedr that now happily welcomes two four-legged guests. Set snugly between the mountains of southern Eryri (Snowdonia) and the sweeping sands of Cardigan Bay, it's the perfect spot for a cosy North West Wales break with friends, family, and furry companions.

Step inside this end-terrace gem to find a freshly renovated interior that mixes modern comfort with original character. The hallway opens into a warm and inviting open-plan living space, where two sleek grey sofas curl around a coffee table in front of a handsome stone chimney breast, home to a glowing log burner. Whether you're diving into a good book, swapping stories over a glass of wine, or catching up on your latest streaming addiction via the Smart TV, this is a space that knows how to do 'cosy' properly.

Behind the lounge is a clever kitchen-diner combo that punches well above its weight. Wood-fronted units, a big American-style fridge freezer, a proper electric oven with hob, dishwasher, and plenty of prep space are all on hand to fuel your adventures. A half-height wall keeps the space open yet defined, with a dining table for four offering a prime perch for breakfast planning or a laid-back supper. A downstairs cloakroom and back door lead out to a sweet little garden - ideal for a morning cuppa or letting the dogs have a sniff around.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms provide restful spots to recover after beach walks and mountain hikes. The master bedroom is decorated in soothing greys with a handsome metal bedstead and rustic floorboards, complete with a chest of drawers and open wardrobe. Bodelen can accommodate up to 3 small dogs. Due to the cottage size, it can accommodate a maximum of 2 medium or large dogs. Please keep them supervised at all times and don’t leave them unattended. To keep the space comfy for everyone, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms.
Feel free to bring their favourite bed, blanket, and anything else to make them feel at home.
