"Great property, great location! I know some people complain about the train noise, but there’s a door you can close for sound and I sleep with white noise so it was no bother at all. The curtain is essentially blackout which was awesome! Loved having a kitchenette and a washer and dryer onsite. Communicating the time of the early checkin I paid for could have been cleaner but everything else was smooth and easy! Would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy.
